3. Service Booking and Payment

ShineSphere offers various car wash and detailing packages. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. Payments for services are processed securely through certified providers. Your service booking is confirmed, and access to the service is granted, once the transaction is successfully completed.

4. Refund Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with our services. Our refund terms are as follows:

• Pre-paid services/packages: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no services from the package have been redeemed.
• Individual service appointments: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Gift cards: Non-refundable, but transferable.
